Thinkinfast
RESULT
Secured letters of Intent from multiple
companies including
Adobe
TLDR;
I led the vision and owned the MVP design to accelerate decision making for C-suite execs.
I worked on thinkinfast as the founding designer, working directly with founders to create a decision board and assisted decision making tool from ground up.

Problem
Before Thinkinfast executives juggled multiple tools and spreadsheets, chased team leads for reports, causing high cognitive load and friction which leads to delayed and misaligned decisions.
Solution
I led 0 → 1 design to unify all the relevant data points into a singular platform, enabling executives to make faster and more informed decisions.
OUtcome
A human in loop concept designed to spot inefficiencies earlier and prevent mishaps while making data dependent decisions.
The MVP successful in validating the product idea and we received multiple Letters of intent from companies like Adobe.
PROBLEM
Executives had to wait weeks for reports
Planning, OKR’s , strategy, Business intelligence and project management tools that optimize for individual functions, leading to companies operating in silos. Senior level non- technical decision makers are dependent on team leads and quarterly reports to get a understanding of performance. The friction leads to misaligned and delayed decisions.

CHALLENGE
The second challenge was control. Some users needed enough information to understand what was happening. But showing every detail would make it overwhelming. We focused on decision critical information and moved complexity behind an interaction.
The third challenge was reliability. We spent several weeks talking with users, ideating brainstorming. There were 5 versions of MVP prototype to understand where the product could break or become unclear.
Opportunities
I ideated and designed four main features areas for MVP
Based on stakeholders interviews, overarching themes and market research.
We decided to go ahead with these features.
01
Tailored Dashboard
Help leaders turn company data into clear, informed decisions by bringing the right context together at the point of action.
02
KPI tracking
Give leaders a real-time view of business health, making it easier to spot performance gaps, trends, and metrics falling behind their targets.
03
Goal tracking
Track organizational goals and their progress to understand which objectives are moving forward and which need attention.
04
Lineage tracker
Trace KPIs back to the goals, teams, and underlying metrics that influence them to understand what is driving performance.
EARLY CONCEPT
Based on stakeholders interviews, overarching themes and market research,
Initial product was just a KPI board.

I communicated the research insights and chose a direction.
defining main features
Based on stakeholders interviews, overarching themes and market research,

Final screens
This page allows executives to get a satellite view of what is happening among all the KPI’s and data points across the teams and departments.

This feature allows users to get a more detailed view of the KPI and other metrics. Here they can see the trends of the KPI’s and how they affected other metrics along with the timeline.

This feature allows users to quickly see which KPI’s are on the track and which are falling behind, making performance gap visible before they become bigger problems.

Outcome
GREAT SUCCESS!
retrospective
This experience sharpened my design and product thinking skills.
Domain knowledge as design material
Designing in this specialized environment meant learning the data, the methodology. This kind of understanding came through observing and speaking with users.
Embracing the loop
Each round of feedback was a chance to do something better, navigate the ambiguity, and ultimately get closer to the goal.
Constraints clarify
Designing With clear constraints forced me to get a clear on what the product actually needed and helped prioritize.
